Recent MCU projects and comments have increased the likelihood of Cox's return, while it remains to be seen if the new series will be a full reboot of the Man Without Fear's story or a continuation of the original series. If the new Daredevil series is a reboot, a fourth season, or something in between, the likelihood is high that Charlie Cox will be wearing the red suit again. Cox reprised his role as Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home, representing Peter Parker who desperately needed some legal council, despite the fact that all of the streaming service's shows were canceled with the dawn of Disney+.
Daredevil was one of the most popular shows on the streaming service and starred Charlie Cox as a blind lawyer who used his heightened senses to protect the streets of Hell's Kitchen. Even if Daredevil's story is retconed, it wouldn't be a good idea because Charlie Cox has received a lot of support for his portrayal of the Man Without Fear.
It's exciting that a new series for the Man Without Fear is on the horizon, as it's rumored that Daredevil will appear in She-Hulk. While the details and exact nature of the show are scarce, it's certainly an exciting development for audiences of the series that originally aired on Netflix. Cox's portrayal of Daredevil was similar to Robert Downey Jr.'s portrayal of Iron Man or Hugh Jackman's portrayal of Wolverine. There is a big question as to whether or not Charlie Cox will return to the role of Matt Murdock in the new Daredevil series.

The Devil of Hell's Kitchen could once again be played by Charlie Cox. Again, Cox's return has yet to be officially confirmed, though it would be extremely surprising if another actor was cast in Matt's place. Wilson Fisk, Daredevil's primary villain, was reprising his role as New York's Kingpin of Crime in the Hawkeye series.
Kevin Feige made comments about Cox as the MCU's Daredevil and a return is supported by that. Where we see that, how we see that, remains to be seen. The team-up series The Defenders was one of the shows Daredevil crossed over to.
There is a new Daredevil show coming to Disney+. It would be difficult to find an actor who could portray Matt Murdock the same way Cox has.
Disney needs to keep Charlie Cox in the role of Matt Murdock. It wouldn't make sense to recast Daredevil after Cox comes back.
