The much-anticipated superhero series The Boys season 3 is almost around the corner, and the show's creators are doing everything they can to prepare viewers for its release. On that note, on Saturday, March 12, the show's makers released a brand new trailer for the forthcoming season, making fans ecstatic. The programme, created by Eric Kripke, is based on the same-named comic book and tells the story of an amazing group of vigilantes known as The Boys.
The crew embarks on a heroic adventure to uncover the truth about the Seven (superheroes who abuse their talents and go rogue) and Vought (a conglomerate that manages the superheroes to cover up their dirty work). The character Stormfront, who joins the Seven, made his debut in the previous season. In the end, the main character, Billy Butcher, triumphs over them. However, there are some loose ends in the plot that will be resolved in season 3 of The Boys.

The Boys season 3 teaser has finally been published after a year of anticipation. Needless to say, it paints a vivid picture of the havoc that would erupt in the vigilante's life. A catchy melody plays in the backdrop of the Boys season 3 teaser, implying that Billy Butcher would most certainly steal the Compound V. The footage foreshadows the events of the upcoming season, from carnage to Butcher vomiting on Hughie's face.
Billy Butcher's decision to take the Compound V is the most telling indication in the trailer. Butcher pukes on Hughie's face at one point, maybe as a result of the Compound's side effects. The clip also reveals Butcher's ability to blast energy beams from his eyes, which will presumably aid them in their preparations to combat the superhumans. Not only that, but the trailer also teases a number of other events, including Soldier Boy's entrance.
On June 3, 2022, the next season of the superhero series will premiere on Amazon Prime Video.
